The Economics Faculty of the University of Rijeka announced a Call for Papers for the 9th International Conference on Economic Integrations, Competition and Cooperation to be held April 17-19, 2013 in Opatija, Croatia. JoinEU-SEE scholarship scheme

Funded by the European Commission within the Erasmus Mundus Action 2 programme, JoinEU-SEE offers scholarships for undergraduate, master, PhD and post-doctoral students as well as for university staff. Scholarships include insurance and a monthly subsistence allowance and cover travel and participation costs. Submit your application for a JoinEU-SEE scholarship online until February 1st, 2013. 100th WBC-INCO.NET Newsletter - Call

On the occasion of the 100th issue of the newsletter of the Western Balkan countries INCO-NET (project on Coordination of Research Policies with the Western Balkan Countries) has issued a call in order to continue collecting success stories from the Western Balkan Countries and to present them to a wider public. In order to be selected for presentation in Belgrade on December 5, 2012, your input is welcome until November 10, 2012. Find here futher information about this call.

Olga Radzyner Award 2012

The Oesterreichische Nationalbank (OeNB) has established an award to commemorate Olga Radzyner, former Head of the OeNB’s Foreign Research Division, who died in a tragic accident in August 1999. The award is bestowed on young economists for excellent research on topics of European economic integration and is conferred annually. In 2012, four applicants are eligible to receive a single payment of EUR 3,000 each from an annual total of EUR 12,000.
